The TEAMGOLDUSA calendar is the operational center for meet selection, entries, travel, attendance, relays, and family action items.
Calendar dates and entry dates are different
Meet dates help families plan. Entry deadlines determine whether an athlete can participate. Meet hosts may close entries early, so families should act as soon as registration opens.
How to use the calendar
Use filters to narrow the calendar by meet level, qualification, championship status, open water, or timing.
Open the month and select the meet card for details, registration, attendance, hotel, and volunteer information.
Read countdown lines carefully: days to event and days to registration are different.
Communicate relay availability and travel plans by the requested deadline.
Travel symbols
- House: local or close-to-home event.
- Car: regional travel generally suitable for a same-day drive or short overnight trip.
- Plane: major travel event requiring early transportation and lodging planning.
