Build the athlete behind the performance.

Individual goals. Shared standards. Purposeful work.

JR connects efficient technique with individual event development. Swimmers learn to train with intent, execute a race plan and reflect on progress while contributing to the team around them.

Placement by skills, readiness and learning needs—not age alone.

GROW AS A SWIMMER.
GROW AS A PERSON.

THE RIGHT NEXT STEP

A place to grow into
what comes next.

For swimmers ready for greater responsibility, purposeful race-pace work and individual event goals. Placement balances skill, readiness and learning needs.

Coach Marc Stanley guides placement. The goal is a learning environment that challenges the swimmer while supporting confidence and connection.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few good questions.

How do we know this is the right group?

Coach Marc considers the swimmer’s skills, readiness and learning needs. The published age range is a guide; contact the coach if you are unsure about placement.

Does this level guarantee a qualifying time?

No. The program describes a developmental focus. Progress and meet qualification depend on the individual athlete; the coach helps set appropriate goals and assess readiness.

What happens when my swimmer is ready for more?

Discuss the next step with the coach. Movement through the pathway is based on development and readiness, rather than an automatic promotion on a birthday.
