Not every volunteer needs to become an official, and not every service role requires the same level of training. TEAMGOLDUSA separates ordinary volunteer service from credentialed roles so people can help without overstating authority or qualifications.
Coaching
Support athletes on deck through meet preparation, observation, feedback, communication and supervision.
Meet & Event Operations
Help the Meet Director keep each session organized and moving through athlete check-in and staging, volunteer coordination, setup and teardown, hospitality, awards, materials, runners and other assigned deck logistics.
Photography & Storytelling
Document team life within TEAMGOLDUSA media-consent, youth-protection and publication standards.
Data Collectors
Help our coaches capture meaningful race performance data to support swimmer development.
Timing & Deck Support
Help races run smoothly through timing, lane support, athlete flow and other clearly assigned competition duties.
Team Communications
Assist with approved announcements, family information, event reminders and communication projects under team direction.
Data Game
Train as a race-data collector using real video and learn how accurate observations become useful coaching information.
