Timing & Deck Support
Help races run smoothly through timing, lane support, athlete flow, setup, teardown and other clearly assigned competition duties.
SERVE • SUPPORT • STRENGTHEN
Volunteers make competition, communication, hospitality, service and everyday team operations possible. TEAMGOLDUSA gives families and community members clear ways to contribute according to their time, interests and qualifications.
WAYS TO SERVE
Not every volunteer needs to become an official, and not every service role requires the same level of training. TEAMGOLDUSA separates ordinary volunteer service from credentialed roles so people can help without overstating authority or qualifications.
Help races run smoothly through timing, lane support, athlete flow, setup, teardown and other clearly assigned competition duties.
Support check-in, hospitality, materials, logistics, awards, information tables and the practical work behind successful events.
Assist with approved announcements, family information, event reminders and communication projects under team direction.
Document team life within TEAMGOLDUSA media-consent, youth-protection and publication standards.
Capture coach-directed race, split, skill or meet information that helps athletes and coaches understand performance.
Support outreach, education, service projects and water-safety initiatives appropriate to the volunteer’s training and assignment.
Welcome athletes, families, coaches and visiting teams while helping create an organized and respectful environment.
Take responsibility for an approved project, schedule, event or work group when experience and availability make that a good fit.
Volunteers interested in a credentialed competition role can move into the Officials pathway for education, training and meet assignments.
