DRY TEST · ATHLETE OVERVIEW

Jump far. Land safely. Record every attempt.

After practice, you will make three two-foot jumps from a fixed line. Your coach measures the best valid landing distance and keeps all attempts.
01

Prepare

Use the same warm-up, shoes and safe non-slip surface whenever possible.

02

Jump

Start behind the line, take off from two feet and land on two feet under control.

03

Score

Your nearest landing contact is measured. A fall or step backward makes the attempt invalid and it is recorded.

WHAT YOUR RESULT MEANS

Distance is a field score—not a label.

Growth, skill, body size, surface and familiarity affect jump distance. Coaches compare like-for-like results over time rather than using one universal pass/fail number.
