Efficient technique, individual event goals, purposeful race-pace work and progress reviews.

Coach Marc Stanley emphasizes technique and matches instruction to the swimmer’s skills, readiness and learning needs. Competence, Character, Confidence and Connection develop together.

This is TEAMGOLDUSA’s curriculum grouping. Individual ADM assessment and program placement are determined by the coach. Home School swimmers follow their assigned developmental level.
