Three Minute All Out Swim Test

A continuous 180-second maximal front-crawl swim used by TEAMGOLDUSA as a repeatable field estimate of critical speed. The packet includes the club protocol, multi-athlete recording sheet, calculations, safety boundaries, and primary research citations.
